Manufacturing defects on wood products will be fix/replaced at no cost to the customer.
Warranties for Our training device is covered by a 12 month limited warranty. This warranty is only applicable for breaks/cracks in a wooden parts and only if uses the products by its restrictions.

Refunds are available for any unused items within 14 days of purchase

Please send the tracking info to lobsterclimbing@gmail.com once it has shipped. When the item is returned, then we will process the refund. This may take 5-10 business days to show up in your account.

Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Payment processing fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are not covered for returned items.
